For Acquirers
Deal flow that fits your mandate — before the market sees it
You define the mandate: industry, EBITDA, geography, control appetite. BizNexus sources and qualifies Off-Market, Pre-Market, and On-Market opportunities against it — every channel, one pipeline.

Institutional coverage runs on priority, not access
On the Radar
Sign the fee agreement and you're in the flow — when something crosses the desk that fits your thesis, you hear about it.
Annual Membership
Shortlist priority. Proprietary deals get shortlisted to three to five buyers before they ever hit the market — members are on that list. Dues accrue as credit against the success fee.
Retained Search
An exclusive mandate: dedicated research, proprietary owner outreach, multi-channel nurture, and IC-ready pipeline reporting — with the retainer credited against the success fee at close.
Engagement terms are scoped to the mandate — book a mandate consultation to see what coverage looks like for your thesis.
FAQ
Questions practitioners actually ask
- How does BizNexus make money?
- Two ways, both stated up front: an annual membership, and a success fee when you close a deal we source — 2% flat or a Lehman schedule, whichever you choose, documented at signing. The membership isn't the business model; the success fee is. You hear the real number before you join, not at closing.
- That membership seems expensive. What am I paying for?
- Course-and-community programs charge more and don't source anything. The closest model to what BizNexus actually does is a retained buy-side firm at five to seven thousand dollars a month — $60,000 to $90,000 a year before anything closes. Buyer Membership is $4,997 a year, and the sourcing engine is the entire difference.
- Why not just take the $2,500 tier and see how it goes?
- You can, and plenty do. Understand what you're not getting: $2,500 gives you the tools to research deals you find. $4,997 puts BizNexus to work finding them, with the Close Guarantee attached. If you're actively looking right now, that difference pays for itself the first time something surfaces that you wouldn't have seen.
- I already have a broker. Do I need this?
- BizNexus complements broker relationships — it doesn't replace them. Working with one broker means seeing what's on their list this week. Mandate coverage means seeing everything that fits, across every channel.
- We find our own deals. Why add BizNexus?
- Most of the best clients do. OmniSource runs parallel to your process and surfaces what your process misses. You keep doing what you're doing — this adds coverage.
- I'm on other platforms. What about double success fees?
- Standard first-contact rule. If BizNexus brings you a deal first, the fee is earned. If you can show you were already in conversation with that target before the introduction, the fee doesn't apply.
- What exactly is the Close Guarantee?
- If you don't close within the guarantee window, BizNexus keeps sourcing at no additional fee until you do — subject to the Participation Standard: attend your pipeline reviews, act on deals before they expire, and give a reason when you pass. The guarantee covers BizNexus's effort, not your decisions.
