For Advisors & Intermediaries
Your deal doesn't need more inquiries. It needs three of the right ones.
Post a good lower middle market deal openly and you'll field a few hundred inquiries within the first 24 hours. Almost none of them can close. BizNexus sends you the ones who can — matched to your deal, not to a search alert.
The Problem, Stated Plainly
The current model asks you to do the qualifying for free.
Open marketplaces solved distribution and created a sorting problem. A clean deal with real earnings draws a few hundred inquiries within the first 24 hours — most from buyers with no financing strategy, no operating background in the sector, and no mandate. Just an alert that fired on a keyword.
So the first two weeks of your process become unpaid intake. NDAs to people who will never fund. Calls with buyers who can't articulate a capital source. A seller client asking why the pipeline looks busy and feels empty.
That's not a marketing problem. It's a matching problem.
What We Send You Instead
Matched to a mandate, not to an alert.
We don't broadcast your deal. We match it. Every buyer we introduce has an active, documented mandate on file — subsector, geography, transaction size, and structure — and your deal clears that mandate before we make contact. If the fit isn't there, you never hear from us about that buyer.
When we do bring you someone, they meet at least one of these standards:
Committed capital
A fund, family office, or balance sheet with capital already allocated to acquisitions.
A viable financing strategy
A defined, credible path to funding at your deal's transaction level. Not an aspiration.
Relevant operating experience
A background in the sector that a seller and a lender would both take seriously.
Plus a mandate that matches your deal on subsector, region, and transaction level. That's the bar. Every introduction clears it.
Your Process
The easiest decision in your process.
Closed auction, broad auction, or a targeted outreach — when we bring you a buyer, adding them to your bidding process should be the simplest call you make that week. They fit the mandate, they can fund, and you get the rationale in writing: who they are, what their mandate says, and why it lines up with the company you're representing.
You keep the process, the timeline, and the control. You decide whether they enter. We don't run your process, and we don't sit between you and your client.
The Terms
No cost to you. No claim on your fee.
Our default arrangement is buyer-paid. There is no fee to the advisor, and you keep 100% of your engagement fee.
BizNexus sources, researches, and matches. We do not negotiate, structure deals, hold funds, or appear on engagement letters, NDAs, LOIs, or closing documents. A licensed advisor is broker of record on every seller-side engagement — on your deals, that's you.
Why the Buyers Are Here
Coverage runs both directions.
BizNexus maintains active mandates for acquirers who are deploying now — funds, family offices, independent sponsors, corp dev teams, and operators with acquisition experience. They're here because fewer than 20% of broker-listed deals ever reach the buyers who'd actually want them, and they'd rather be matched than monitor listings.
The same infrastructure that gives them coverage across Off-Market, Pre-Market, and On-Market deal flow is what puts your deal in front of them first.
Send us the deal. We'll tell you who fits.
No listing required, no exclusivity, no cost. If we have mandate-matched buyers for your deal, you'll hear from us with names and rationale. If we don't, you'll hear that too.
