BizNexus

OmniSource

Every channel. One pipeline.

OmniSource is mandate-driven deal sourcing across Off-Market, Pre-Market, and On-Market opportunities. You define the mandate — industry, EBITDA, geography, structure — and it sources, qualifies, and matches against it continuously, so mandate-fit deals reach you sooner than they reach your competitors.

Why It Works

Four reasons the pipeline fills

01

Coverage

Fewer than 20% of broker-listed deals ever reach the buyers who'd actually want them. OmniSource aggregates across every channel faster than brokers can distribute — so what fits your mandate reaches you, not whoever happened to be on the right list.

02

Speed to the deal

Highly targeted deal distribution moves faster through one engine than through individual broker intermediaries. This isn't just bulletproofing your coverage — it's acceleration: you find out about the deals that fit your mandate sooner than your competitors do.

03

Brand leverage

An unknown buyer gets a broker's attention through BizNexus's established credibility. The introduction lands because the network behind it has closed deals with that broker before.

04

Off-Market origination

Proactive outreach to owner-led companies before a process starts. Warm-but-not-ready owners get tracked, nurtured, and re-engaged when timing turns — instead of going dark.

How you get it

OmniSource runs inside a relationship, not as a standalone login: it powers Buyer Membership for individual acquirers and Retained Search for institutional mandates. Deal Intel, Lender Intel, and Profile Architect — the DealOps toolset — come with it.

Inside every engagement, the same discipline: deals presented, time to NDA, and time to CIM sit on one dashboard, so both sides can see what was delivered and what happened next.

FAQ

What acquirers ask about OmniSource

What is OmniSource?
OmniSource is BizNexus' mandate-driven deal sourcing platform for acquirers. You define a mandate — industry, EBITDA, geography, structure — and OmniSource sources, qualifies, and matches against it continuously across Off-Market, Pre-Market, and On-Market opportunities.
What do Off-Market, Pre-Market, and On-Market mean?
On-Market deals are actively listed by a broker or M&A advisor. Pre-Market deals are coming to market — an advisor has the engagement but the deal has not been distributed yet. Off-Market means the owner has not started a process at all and is reached through proactive origination. Most sourcing tools cover one of the three. OmniSource covers all three in one pipeline.
Is OmniSource an off-market-only service?
No. Off-market origination is one of four value props, not the whole product. Restricting yourself to off-market deals means missing the pre-market and on-market opportunities that fit your mandate — coverage is the point, and coverage means every channel.
How is this different from a deal aggregator or listing site?
An aggregator collects deals that are already public and leaves the qualifying, the outreach, and the broker relationship to you. OmniSource matches against a documented mandate, and BizNexus makes the approach — which means a broker takes the call because of an established relationship, not because a stranger filled in a contact form.
Why do fewer than 20% of broker-listed deals reach the right buyers?
Distribution is manual. A broker works the buyers already on their list, and that list is a function of who they happen to know. Anyone outside it never hears about the deal — regardless of fit, capital, or operating experience. Aggregating across every channel closes that gap faster than individual brokers can distribute.
Who is OmniSource for?
Acquirers with a defined mandate: individual acquirers and search funds, private equity funds, family offices, independent sponsors, and corporate development teams running add-on programs.
Can I buy OmniSource as a standalone subscription?
No. OmniSource runs inside a relationship rather than as a standalone login — it powers Buyer Membership for individual acquirers and Retained Search for institutional mandates. Tell us the mandate and we will show you what it surfaces against it.
